PlastPro is a foremost manufacturer of high-performance fiberglass entry doors. Founded in 1994, this Los Angeles-based company is known for innovation, durability, and quality. The doors are ENERGY STAR-qualified, meet EPA guidelines, and include High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ)- impact-rated doors.

Challenge

When we first met Plastpro, its high-quality, energy-efficient, and durable fiberglass entry doors were an easy sell, with one very significant obstacle: technology. Confusing UX, outdated digital tools, unstable hosting- alongside security and support issues were not only limiting sales and customer satisfaction but were also becoming liabilities. We sprang into action with next-gen solutions.

Action

We started by designing a simple and intuitive information architecture and user journey. Then we deployed a custom WordPress integration for simple yet powerful updates. To support their marketing efforts, we integrated email marketing software and built a custom product catalogue for their entire offering. Using this content, we created an AI-powered composite image-creation engine that lets users combine two or three ideas into a single solution. We topped it off with 24/7 hosting and security in a tier-1 facility with ongoing service and support. Finally, we conducted 360-degree testing to ensure every process is fast, simple, and effective.
